Our Gentle Hands, LLC was founded on the belief that compassionate, people focused care will transform lives. Our story began with a simple yet profound mission: to provide family centered compassionate care while upholding our core values of integrity, trust, and compassion. We see people as individuals, not as conditions or circumstances, and provide care that uplifts, supports, and empowers.

The vision for Our Gentle Hands was inspired by my 20+ years of experience in caregiving and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families in need of home care and skilled nursing services. Witnessing how serving with integrity and compassion can profoundly impact a person’s quality of life, we set out to create an agency that puts our core values at the forefront of care.

From the beginning, our goal has been to provide more than services—we aim to offer connection, companionship, and peace of mind. 

We also offer a structured pediatric post-acute care program designed to ensure safe, timely, and stable discharge of medically fragile children by integrating GAPP authorization coordination, rapid initiation of compliant private duty nursing, and ongoing communication with hospital case management to reduce discharge delays, failed transitions, and avoidable readmissions.

Today, Our Gentle Hands proudly serves Duluth, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, Norcross, and surrounding communities in Atlanta, bringing a warm, personal touch to every interaction. We remain committed to the values that started it all: compassion, respect, and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity.
